These terms apply when you use the Mayapur Seva Kart website or app or order from Mayapur Seva Kart (Mayapur, Nadia, West Bengal - 741313; trade licence SSNOCKVK360710518N). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code (sent to your mobile number or email) or with your Google account.
  • Keep your codes to yourself. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.
  • Give us accurate details, especially your number and delivery address.

Orders and availability

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it. All items are subject to availability.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable when we pack your order, we leave it out and reduce your total. If nothing in the order is available, we cancel it.
  • Product photos are for illustration; packaging and natural products (fruit, vegetables, flowers) can look different.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and are those shown when you order. The delivery fee depends on the delivery option you choose and is shown before you order.
  • Orders are paid by cash on delivery. If online payment is offered, the order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
  • If we show a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Delivery

  • We deliver within our service area around Mayapur, to the landmarks and map pins we accept at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Weather, festivals and crowds can cause delays.
  • Please be reachable at your number. You may need to share a delivery code with the delivery partner to receive the order.
  • If we can't deliver because no one is available or the address is wrong, we may cancel the order.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no fake orders, no attempts to break or overload our systems, and no abuse of our staff or delivery partners. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We take care with every order. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nadia district, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in force when they were placed.
